Integration Engineer

Integration Engineer Location - Gurgaon Experience required - 2+ years Reporting to Tech Lead Role summary “Advanced supply chain capability live in weeks, at a fraction of enterprise cost to serve” We are building the Supply Chain Operating System for India’s manufacturers and distributors that run their operations on homegrown ERPs but lack real-time visibility into inventory health, order flow, or logistics performance. Our system sits on top of existing ERPs and WMSs, creates a unified operational data model, and turns inventory data into better decisions through an intelligent pooling of AI agents and deterministic models. The result is a single, always-on system that gives supply chain teams enterprise-grade intelligence, without an enterprise-grade IT lift. As an Integration Engineer, you will own the bridge between customer systems and our intelligence platform. You will turn ERP/WMS data into a clean, timely and trusted operational model through reusable connectors, mappings, validations and implementation discipline. What you will do • Build and maintain reusable ERP, accounting and WMS connectors, starting with priority systems such as Tally/TallyPrime, ERPNext, Zoho Inventory and WMS platforms. • Map source masters and transactions SKUs, warehouses, inventory positions, movements, orders, GRNs, transfers and batches into a canonical operational data model. • Implement API, webhook, polling and file-based ingestion with incremental sync, retries, idempotency, conflict handling, rate limits and secure credential management. • Create validation and reconciliation routines for item masters, UOMs, inventory positions, batches/lots and transaction history; work with AI/Data Science on freshness and quality scoring. • Build connector-health monitoring for sync status, lag, errors and failed records; document mappings, edge cases and support runbooks. • Support pilot discovery, mapping workshops, test loads, UAT and cutover; within 90 days, deliver an end-to-end staging integration and connector onboarding playbook. Requirements • 2+ years in integration engineering, data engineering, ETL/ELT, implementation engineering or ERP/WMS connector development. • Strong SQL and data-mapping fundamentals, including data lineage, entity resolution and reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, CSV/Excel feeds, auth mechanisms and scheduled/incremental synchronisation. • Ability to troubleshoot messy source data and communicate clearly with customer IT and operations teams. • Comfort with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or another scripting language, plus strong documentation habits. • Experience with Tally, Busy, Zoho, ERPNext, WMS, GST/e-invoice, supply-chain operations, queues/streams or cloud data services is a plus.
